The movie Samsaram starts with the marriage of Raghava(N.T.Ramarao) and Lalitha (Jamuna) who are getting married without the permission of Lalitha's parents.They are leading a happy life having two children.Seeing his sincerity he gets promoted to senior posts.But with his growth his collegues are not satisfied and tries to prove him dishonest.They drag him into unwanted conversation and makes him addicted to liquor.This leads to disappointment in his married life.What happens to his life and is he able to gain his wife's faith, forms the rest of the story.
